While the Cubs were busy playing like hot garbage in Cincinnati, Kyle Schwarber was doing his best to get back to helping them be slightly less mediocre. The exiled slugger was 5-for-15 with eight strikeouts going into this game, but hadn’t hit anything other than singles. That changed with his first at-bat Friday.
